I’m happy enough with today. Exeter are a decent side so far. We were not as good as we can be, players still need to bed in a bit, but it’s early days. In my opinion:

- we haven’t conceded in all 3 games so far

- unbeaten in the league

- that wasn’t even our best starting 11

- we’ve yet to see Joseph and Weir who could both be potentially decent

- plenty of fixtures coming up- Critchley knows that key players need to be used sparingly

- on a different day, Matty buries that chance and Lav might have got something

- it’s a long trip away and we didn’t lose or concede.

- my daughters had their christening today, was a great day for my family.
