The Travelling community spend very well. They usually put a large wedge over the bar, and enjoy a good fight to end the night.
The day after, they pay the licensee for any damaged caused.

Is there still a travellers site on Fairfield rd. Remember they used to stop in the Imperial and more recently the de vere, then headed into town. Never any trouble in the past.

Poulton on NYE is a terrible night out regardless. I’m FY6 born and bred, but I avoid every year. Full of plastics. A Jade Garden and the complete Only Fools and Horses box set will do me nicely.
