If you aren't familiar with the broad brush rationale for the Football Governance Bill, and some of the thinking behind it, you may find it quite interesting.
What I think you WILL find interesting is a question about ten minutes or so from the end, when he is asked whether he knew the size of the problem before he became a Minister.
His response to that is to recall his first meeting in the role, with a FSA delegation, when he met a lady from Blackpool who talked him through what it was like to spend five years boycotting your own club.
