I wonder where in the rules it says that you can be photographed with a glass in your hand, and gin bottles on the table?

But as we all know, he was just passing the door when a member of his staff dragged him into the room, thrust a glass into his hand, forced him to propose a toast, and made him stay for about 20 minutes.

I'm not guilty occifer (hic) and I wasn't drinking (hic), and even if I was drinking I never swallowed it (hic)
 
He could have jumped in his car pissed, killed a family and there would be posters on here declaring there are more important things happening in the world. I suppose they may be correct.
