Princess of Wales Cancer Treatment

Such sad news and obviously wish her all the best. She comes across as a lovely person as a wife and a mum.
Cancer can do one and so can conspiracy theorists . The trouble with them and we probably all know one is they believe absolutely every one with a passion and arrogance. They spread it all over social media without a shread of proof and its disgusting.
 
Just don’t know why they didn’t just come out and say this right from the start? They can never live in anonymity whilst they’re funded by the tax payer, so it was futile to try to avoid the scrutiny.

It would have saved all the ridiculous behaviour on all sides in the last two months. It would have been news for two days and then moved on.

They didn’t know. Looks like they’ve tested whatever they have removed and then found out.

They didn’t know straight away, and they have children to protect as well as come to terms with it themselves. We don’t all have a right to know everything at the drop of a hat. I really hope those who tried to access her medical records have the book thrown at them
 
Cancer is shit !
It takes some getting your head round, each person’s journey is individual to them but being surrounded by positivity makes a hell of difference….you certainly find out who is really there for you ….it takes a great deal out of all the family!
I wish all those affected, whoever they are, the very best🧡
 
I wish her the same as I wish any cancer sufferer, hope for a full recovery and hope that the treatment is kind.

I'm sure most of us have lost someone close at a young age, thinking of them and all their kids.

She was very brave to make the statement, and maybe the Palace PR machine will eventually learn that telling an abreviated version of the truth at an early stage would stop a lot of heartache. As above she is a very public figure, all this secret squirrel stuff no longer works.
 
The mainstay of the royal family are strong both as a family and as individuals.
I'm not a royalist but I do respect the work the senior royals do.
Catherine is in the best of hands, as is Charles. William will need a lot of support to deal with the huge stress he must be under.
Cancer is evil & has destroyed my family and several close friends.

I watched something many years ago about modifying t cells cells to fight cancer specific to our dna, infact there's many things now they can do, but is it being done in this country?

One line of thinking is that, after the possible access of her medical records, they have been bounced into this by a tabloid (about to publish). Plus the famous “doctored” family photo. What was that all about?

I get all the stuff that this is very, very personal but it’s the Royal Family and we all know what that means. Tbh a statement similar to King Charles early doors would’ve triggered a lot of sympathy and (as we’re seeing now) would’ve started a “keep your nose out” message to the tabloids supported by the public.

On a personal level, it’s dreadful for any family. Imagine William. His wife and his dad both diagnosed with cancer. Three young children. That’d be a huge shitshow for any father and husband. But oh yeah. He could accede to the throne in the not too distant future. No pressure then.

They've got young kids to think about as their priority. NOT the general public. I'm sure their kids think of cancer as something that kills you. Why put them through that stress before you know yourself what is happening.
As someone who went through this last year, I needed to wait until the cancer had gone before I told the kids. They just thought I had operations to repair injuries. Even when I told them that I was fine, it still caused them a shit ton of pain and emotional stress.
Kate and Wills have absolutely done the right thing.
 
I can’t single people out because of who they are. So I wish all the victims of the big C well & hope they’ve all been caught early enough to make a full recovery. Personally I believe in openness & should I be the victim of something like this I’d explain to people exactly how things should pan out with a positive attitude & for the younger grandchildren in a way they could understand.

Yes she said she was waiting until the Easter break from school to tell them all which is very understandable
