Print at home tickets question

Might be being a bit thick here, but my dad has been emailed a confirmation of 4 seats for tomorrow (found it in his spam folder despite me being the person who ordered the tickets)
Should there be an attachment on the email to print out or do you just print the email itself out?

There is a PDF attachment to the email which are the actual tickets.

Silver next I guess if there is another set of medals being dished out.

I think their signature could read something like.
"Silver ticket supporter that could just be bothered"
In bold of course because they need to feel like they made an effort.

Yes. Mine was blocked as an unsafe attachment. Once I moved it, then all was ok and I've printed off ok.
