I don't mean it to be any disrespect to the Ukrainian people. It's more of a mockery of Putin. An expression of what a waste of space he is. Not too dissimilar to how the world ripped the piss out of Comical Ali during GW2.

Even the Ukrainian government have been on twitter asking people to tag @Russia on Twitter to tell them what they think and to mock them. Well the mocking is directed at Putin, not the Russian people. Many replies using Hitler as a comparison.
