Randy Andy Again

Looks to me like Mates did make a good point. From the documents in the public domain in the US I can’t see any evidence that VG has donated “a substantial amount” to her charity. Unless something less than 50k USD amounts to substantial of course.

Anyway I’m sure Lost will shortly be posting “source” in response to BFC’s claim and BFC Will then no doubt provide evidence to back up his claim.
The foundation is referenced by her attorney at around 3:20 - 3:40 in the video linked below. The foundation was set up in 2014... That's as much as I know.

What I will say, is that it's not uncommon for a charity / foundation to be utilised to offset the kind of accusations that would be levelled at any individual seeking damages for historic abuse. To that extent, you can imagine legal advisors suggesting it as a tactical / PR exercise.... I think it would be naive to think that she's going to simply give away everything to charity and frankly I don't think it reasonable to expect her to.

I can only speak for myself, but if I was in her position, I'd be giving fuck all to charity and instead browsing the internet for a luxury villa somewhere sunny.

She lives in a nice house in the North Perth suburbs

I suspect some of that has come from the settlements with JE and GM however no doubt her husband will have contributed as well

We know JE paid 500k but half of that will have gone to the lawyers

If the cash settlements have helped her provide a nice house for her family good for her

That seems a long way from multi-millionaire though, so are the reports of her being such wrong?

The Oxford dictionary defines ' to extort ' as

the crime of making somebody give you something by threatening them.

So can we add that to her CV along with sex trafficking ?

$500K, so maybe £320K?

If the Lawyers take half, then it's hardly life changing money....

I read somewhere her estimated Net Worth is around $6-700K

Here's her house from your favourite rag

They can't seem to decide what it cost but assuming the lower sum the sterling equivalent would be £800k or £950k if the higher

And of course it maybe subject to a mortgage

In all seriousness she has a nice house but it's not remarkable
Most certainly there will be many middle income Aussies with similar

Yeah I can see the logic in setting up a charity simply for tactical or PR reasons. Although some people might think it’s a tad cynical or disingenuous if you don’t actually use it to benefit other victims of sexual crimes when you claim that’s what you intend to do.

But claiming you’ve made a substantial donation to the charity from previous settlements when the documents in the public domain don’t seem to support that claim is curious. But that certainly seems to be what her lawyer said.

She is also married and presumably her husband earns a living🤣

I'm not saying it has been set up for tactical reasons, but I wouldn't rule out that possibility... I don't think you can be naive about these things...We're talking about the US, potentially large legal cases and experienced lawyers...

Having listened to Giuffre herself speak about the foundation, she has referenced having personally vetted a whole range of support services 'globally' which she has sourced / developed in order to support victims of Sexual Trafficking and abuse. This seems to cover things from initial support and refuge through to victim support / counselling and legal services etc..

There's an impression that VG has probably earned far more from the legal cases thus far than she perhaps has in reality and $50K is not an insignificant amount of money to anyone, unless they are literally rolling in it..

She doesn't appear to have much earnings potential though, and based on the little we know it's doubtful that her husband does either.

There may be other assets also.

It does raise questions.

Sorry.... I'm not sure we / you are in any position to draw any conclusions about her earning potential and particularly not her husband. You're just wandering aimlessly into complete speculation...

Not only have we managed to establish out of thin air that VG is the criminal mastermind behind the whole Epstein operation, but also we can now safely conclude that her husband is a useless pauper who hasn’t got the wherewithal to earn a living…. 😉😮

He was working as a martial arts instruction when they met, it's possible that he was on sabbatical from Goldman Sachs at the time, but somehow I doubt it.

1. Is PA as loathed in the US as he is in the U.K.? Or will a jury over there have a more forgiving view than the one expressed on here?
Before this incident the vast majority of Americans would have never heard of him and this will be their first "exposure" to him, won't be much sympathy, Americans have only heard of the Queen and Princess Diana for the most part.

Well that’s what I suspected. They won’t know him like we do. So they may not have much sympathy. But they won’t actually hate him. 😂

He was a Martial Arts trainer aged 19 …. He’s now 38.

I was a Clerk in an office aged 19…. A lot can happen in 20 years..

Can’t find out a lot however when they first moved to NSW it seems they bought a house for $550k where they lived for 10 years b4 moving to Florida, Cairns and then Perth

If they bought a house for the UK equivalent of £270k almost 20 years ago I’d venture to suggest
A he or she or both had half decent jobs back then
B The house they now have is commensurate with simple upgrading as you do
