Playing football doesn't bother these players any more.
Nowadays its grab as much money as you can in as little time possible.

Make no mistakes about it at the end of the season if someone bids £5 million + for Yates he'll be off quicker that a fat bird at an all you can eat buffet!!

I think the sooner people get this loyalty, regular first team football etc out of their heads the less traumatic it'll be for some when players go, decide to move elsewhere.

It's all about the 💰💰💰
 
So, according to the mackems Embleton has just signed a contract extension. I like the lad in a role just behind the striker(s), but would we pay £1.5m or more to sign him? Sounds like a lot for BFC to pay.

If Yates is worth £2m then I wouldn't say Embleton is worth 1.5
