has anyone else’s season card disappeared from their wallet on iphone? just checked and mine ain’t there for the last game or the next (wigan)?
 
Mine has disappeared from the current wallet but moved to the expired list. You can “unhindered” it from there if you want but it’s still the old ticket. I assume it will reload the Wigan ticket nearer the day.

thank you Tejas done that and now showing LO game which is fine as i expect it to update later in week 👍
 
I had to remove my card from the wallet (On Android) and then re-add it for both of the last home games before I could get the turnstile to recognise it was valid...kept flashing the dreaded red light when I swiped the phone against the reader.

Luckily it caused no delay as I was in early doors so there was no one queuing behind me.

Purchased a plastic card last week for convenience.

The issue there is don't you need a data connection to do that?

I'm on O2 and cannot get a signal near the ground often.

I have not been able to use NFC on android to get in, it just doesnt scan, I have to revert to using the code. Please will you let me know what they say.
 
iPhone folk: got a young ‘in to help…..
Open wallet
Top left - 3 dots
Three green circles, top right
Slide the green ones to left and it should advance to Wigan game.
 
I’ve an iPhone 8 but have not got three green circles, just the three dots top right.
After I unhid the expired pass to check I’ve noticed the Orient game has cleared and next game and date is showing blank. The pass is now not showing as expired. I think I will just chill and see what happens.
 
Try tapping on the used last game.
Top right, circle with three dots. Tap.
Brings up: pass details, tap.
Automatic updates, slide to left.
Do the same with Allow Notifications.

I asked in the club shop and a young lad behind the counter came over and did…….it
so fast, I didn’t grasp. Then he did it slowly. All done in a minute…or two.

Yep mine was showing orient now blank
