Sign someone from a long way away who doesn’t know about your financial woes.
Bit of an odd one this, when he was draft picked last year he was linked with a few clubs but has done nothing. LAFC were doing well when he signed and never really got a chance so he's basically never played at any level other than college which is lower than academy. Either their scouts have seen something that nobody else has or they are taking anyone to fill the squad out on minimal wages.
