Following the issues concerning the live streaming of Saturday’s fixture against Reading for overseas supporters, the Club can now provide an update on refunds.

Stream providers StreamAMG will automatically issue refunds to anyone who purchased an individual match streaming pass for the fixture. Those impacted will receive an email in due course with confirmation of a refund, which will be processed within two-three working days, depending on method of payment.

Supporters who have purchased a seasonal or monthly subscription will also be issued a pro-rata refund for the cost of a single match, but must contact marketing@blackpoolfc.co.uk to claim this.

The Club thanks supporters for their patience and understanding on this matter, and is in communication with StreamAMG to get to the root cause of the issue and ensure this does not happen again.

Until they start providing a service that's fit for purpose you can hardly blame people for not wanting to pay a tenner a game when they can get every game for 50 quid
