Rebellion week is very busy @ Tangerine Hotels

Was contacted this morning on Facebook by 'Delinquent Dave' asking about the balance owing on his booking with us. I asked him his real surmame which he provided and he apologised for using his 'stagename'.

The conversation went back and forward a bit and he was winging about the price despite this being agreed at the time of booking ( Scotsman ).

After i gave him a 'take it or leave it' final message in the nicest way i know he paid his bill in full via a payment link i had emailed to him. He asked for a receipt which i duly supplied and signed 'Straightforward Steve' -'stagename'

He sent a nice emoji response. I look forward to meeting 'Delinquent Dave' tomorrow!

There’s loads of great bands on that aren’t in those categories, I can’t wait personally!

I saw Steel Pulse three times in 1978. They were fkin superb every time.

January - Headlining at the LCR at UEA in Norwich.

April - With The Clash, TRB, X-Ray Spex, et al at the Anti Nazi League/Rock Against Racism gig at Victoria Park in Hackney.

June - Supporting Bob Marley & The Wailers at Bingley Hall in Stafford. That night the whole place was a purple haze!

Can't wait to see them again in the Empress on Sunday.
