Couldn’t see it from the south although it didn’t look too bad and JR isn’t that kind of a player!

Right in front of me and only had one view of it but looked like Rhodes went in arm first and his lack of arguing it out with the ref said he knew he'd probably left it open to interpretation.

Portsmouth players and bench made a fuss in the way we don't as they knew there was an advantage in it for them. But I think the ref had made his mind up.

We'll probably appeal and it'll be increased to four games. Bolton would get it rescinded.

Jordan doesn't swing an arm and uses no forward projecting force. The girly Pompey player rolled round like he'd been shot & that influenced the ref (who BTW should go to Specsavers).
We now have to win this game the hard way, which we're capable of doing.
The red will be overturned on Monday.

Ref is from Preston. Rhodes red was very harsh, how was Moxon not red carded, fouled Beesley twice in one tackle! The actual tackle was over the boot stamping down and could've broke his ankle!!

Clear foul on Beesley just seconds before how did the ref not see that but clearly saw an arm/elbow by Rhodes?

Shocking ref today probably the worst I’ve seen in nearly 60 years of going to Bloomfield road he just ruined any chance we had of winning.

I don’t think Rhodes has been sent off according to what I’m told in many many years he’s not that type of player. A professional just does what the ref has said & TBH I’ve never seen one change his mind.

Yes of course no ref is going to change his original decision on the pitch but watching a players reaction tells you a lot and Rhodes didn’t react to the red card at all which I think is surprising unless he knows something we don’t.
 
Rhodes has caught Rafferty with his forearm/elbow maybe because the defender did not jump for the challenge as expected

The player he ‘fouled’ was an ex Preston player, too.

Looking at the replay, it looks like he's just a victim of shite refereeing. And it's his goals that have got us where we are.

Joseph should not be mentioned in the same breath as Rhodes. His scoring stats are awful.

Not being funny but has anyone who is moaning about it actually watched the video?

You can clearly see he takes a look at where the defender is and jumps with his arm into his face! At the end of the day hes given the referee a decision and he didn't need to. Cost us 3 points and promotion and shouldn't be allowed to set foot in Blackpool ever again.
