Reece James

Didn't (some) Wednesday fans say he was OK but he's injury prone?

With our injury record, I'm concerned about another season like last one.

I do not remember him being anything special, but if Wednesday turn this around they may want him rather than break up their defence

Two awful headers in the second half, one would have put the Boro striker through on goal if his mate didn’t bail him out and the second one in his own box which the keeper had to dive down to keep in play.

Took the goal well though and can certainly get forward and useful on the ball.

He's been ok. Briiliant? Nonsense. Find summat else to do that youre better suited to mate. 😀
He's one of the best players on the pitch Voy, I'm not sure Thommo is going to feature much, particularly if Dobb's get's the job. He didn't even have him in his match day squad. I think the Massive will want to buy James anyway and he will probably want to stay there.

I didn't think he was one of the best players on the pitch. Good finish for the goal though.

He played his part well in a frantic busy game. Every player made mistakes that’s why it was brilliant to watch given the jeopardy. I thought he had a good game.

To many people write off players Thompson isn’t a bad fullback he needs a season in Div 1 to get his game together. They’re not machines you have to show some patience to bring players through. Phil d doesn’t have a clue re assessing a player, Shitshite is usually his assessment as we have heard many times on here.

Yeah ran his bollocks off up and down the pitch as well as making several overlapping runs and coming inside to make an extra midfielder at times

He had a great game and was all over the pitch
Thinks players are shite if they have an ounce of attacking intent, go beyond the halfway line and score goals. Need to be a ridged 442 dinomick type of full back to be any good.

Personally I think he’s on the wind up judging by his short responses.

Yeah they needed a goal and some height so they brought Vaulks on, who can also take a long throw. He looked better for them than he did for us.

He isn't Championship standard though.
He is neat and tidy on the ball, but in the few appearances he made for us, such as at QPR away, he looked a little lightweight defensively.

At League One level he's worthy of a squad place.

He's been a stand out performer for a team who have finished 3rd on 90 something points

I think he's better than a squad place

Unless of course you think we should be aiming higher than what Sheffield Wednesday have achieved?
