It’s a misleading stat that crops up time and time again with every goalscorer we sign or are linked with. Also happened yesterday numerous times with Kouassi. Some people seem to think these forwards we sign have supernatural powers and should be able to score goals when sat on the bench.
Just trying to educate the masses 😉.

I take it you divided minutes on the pitch to create a more accurate goal ratio then

You forget to add:
They are injured / injury prone or have a problem that the medical team have missed such as dodgy hip / knee / achilles / attitude/ headless chicken
They are too slow or too fast (to control the ball)
They won't fit into the 8, 1, 1 system
They are called Jordon

If you add up all the minutes he's played and divide by 90. Which is a bit meaningless. He hasn't really done much since 2016 in all honesty, and that's a long time ago. He's likely a bench sitter. We need starters that can do the running and score and assist, two games a week.
