Didn't see them first time round but did see them in Manchester when they re-formed. 62 is no age

RIP MS - thats a great lineup you saw levi! Only saw Mark Stewart & The Mafia with Adrian Sherwood on the mixing desk at the international mid 80s. Recommend 'Y' & Learning to cope with cowerdace for anyone curious.

Ah, man. Was sad to see this yesterday. Only 62, too.

I worked on the last Pop Group studio album. Really nice guy, Mark. Quite an imposing character at the same time.

Saw them at the 100 Club on that cycle. So comparatively late in the day @Levi501, but v enjoyable.

Very interesting, yeh 62 is young these days, The Pop Group members basically morphed into Rip Rig+Panic and the awesome Pigbag, after they split, great stuff.
