Robotic football

All season with Critchley wanting to play to his system, he has made what talented players we did have into Robotic footballers who are totally averse to taking any risks. This has resulted in his possession related football based on percentages, producing such boring football. This in turn is sucking all the enthusiasm and atmosphere out of the fans. It all might look good on paper with the stats etc.but is as dull as dishwater. You can have all the qualifications in the world but if you lack one thing in the main which is common sense then you might as well give up. Unless something changes rapidly then New Years day may well be a very toxic match particularly should we go a goal behind.

Let’s face it no one cares how many coaching badges you have . It may get you your first gig but then it’s all about entertainment and results ( not necessarily in that order). Whilst the home football has been more entertaining and, in the main delivering the right results , away we now look like relegation fodder. .

This is my problem - not that he left us, to a certain extent not the results, not that he sticks with the same formation - it's the fact it's bloody dull and predictable!

Definitely robotic.

This from training, think the keeper is set to Maxwell mode.
