SACK HIM !

I believe we have some good players. NC panicked early, failed to stick to his style of play, and it’s fallen apart. He‘s thrown his coaching manual out so early, that we can’t have any confidence in him. It isn’t what SS expected.

The players can’t have any confidence in him, tinkering every game, leaving out better players and selecting the likes of Williams and Sarkic. It‘s like a kid on FIFA.

Is that down to Critchley or bad players
Has to be a bit of both. He must have picked these players or had them on a list for the recruitment team to go after. So he needs to take some blame.

Further to that, we are clueless on the pitch and we have no plan B - he definitely takes the blame for that!!

It’s like when Chelsea got tons of big names in and rotated them, only without the big names and the performances and the results 😂

When he was appointed, we expected Liverpool style of play, high octane, high press, wear the opposition down, if they get the ball, surround them and get it back straight away.

I guess we didn’t expect this to happen straight away, but it’s reasonable to expect to see progress towards that goal. There’s not, we were showing signs in friendlies, we’re showing less and less now.

I think he’s lost confidence and that permeates through to the players. I doubt he can turn this around and I would be surprised if Simon Sadler and the board think he can, despite the dubious red cards and disallowed goal.

Watch this space I guess.

Initially I would say we had that, but results didn’t really come even though we were dominant, subsequently the confidence has drained away. Not being able to play a game with 11 men isn’t helping.

Have to give him the next 3 games. We are currently 1 point off bottom of the league with 2 of the bottom 4 with 2 games in hand over us and 1 with 1 game. The table is bleak viewing and doesn’t lie. We need to win the next 2 and get through the FA cup tie without any blips. Anything less and it should be time to call time on him. He is literally playing for his footballing managerial career in the next few games.
