Sadler, Bullshit & McCarthy

Sandler has been let down by the people that he trusted to run the footballing operation.

I feel sorry for him and I hope there’s a complete clear out on the back of today.
I agree and it would be absolute madness to hound Saddler out of the club. I think he does need to have a long think though about who he trusts to advise him on the football side, because the management have got every big call wrong this season....

It was clear at the end of last season that we needed to strengthen the spine of the team with quality championship players, but we didn't

instead, we got lightweight loan players from premier league clubs. Signed crocks in January, and a striker in Rodgers that has never scored in

the championship. In life, you get what you pay for, and we shopped in the centre aisle of Lidl this season . The first thing I would do tonight if I

was Simon Sadler would be to get rid of Ben Mansford, for me, he has shown a lack of judgment on too many decisions, and Raggy talking with

the players was the straw that broke the camel back to me. Mansford cannot be the one recruiting the next manager going forward.

I agree, this stinks of the inept leading the blnd. Opportunists taking the piss pit of Sadler, the club and the fans.

Sadler has done fk all wrong except pump money into the club
The other two are fare game

Emotional incontinence
Do you seriously believe he bought a struggling lower league club for , in football terms, very little money, knowing it had been neglected for donkeys years and not expect to spend money? If so either you are a fool or he is and he certainly isn’t.

Nailed it.
Commercially the club are sound, sponsors sponsored by...
Football wise BM has to carry the can and for me he hasn't brought anything to the table.

My point was he has spent money and has made future commitments

I suppose you mean he should put more money into a moderate sized League 1 club who are about to drop their attendances and revenues by hefty amounts.

Glad we agreed he is no fool - what's your opinion of Sadler ?

Imagine a CEO arranging a fan to meet with the players under Fergusson at United and give them a pep talk, it wouldn't happen because

Fergusson would have told both the fan and him to f **off. The fact that Mansford allows this to happen totally undermines MM.
Are you comparing Blackpool to Manchester United?

Blame culture… don’t you just love it👍

Have you done absolutely everything you possibly could have done to make sure Blackpool had every chance of success ???????????????

Yes, yes, all you guys who are happy to put in millions of your own money, stop pushing and shoving and form an orderly queue. Raggy to choose the lucky winner.
It’s not about that, we were an attractive proposition at a relatively modest outlay. SS was not the only possible owner and we need to get way from the notion that he saved the club. Make no mistake, the fans saved the club through NAPM. SS is accountable, end of.

We have bottom 3 attendances and are in the bottom 3. Not much mention of that. Easier to point the finger at others.
No we haven't. Bottom 3 are Luton, Rotherham and Wiggin. Luton are top 3 in the league also. We have been bottom 3 most of the season so it's understandable, same for Wiggin.

We're actually 4th from bottom in that category 👍🏻
There isn't an absolutely 100% correlation of league place to attendances but a general correlation exists with very few exceptions to the rule, exceptions which are usually only temporary for a few seasons as momentum tails off. Last season we benefited from momentum so finished above our crowd levels, this season has seen the equilibrium level out.

The real issue, if we go down is that, even if we had the same attendances as this season with Championship away followings, we'd only be be 9th League One, outside the play offs.

The uncomfortable truth is that the size of our fanbase means we will yo-yo between divisions if we are well run, or be lower league if not well run.

Unless the home support rises to top 6 League One then the fans will be relying on the club bridging a shortfall against the competition.

You mean like Sheffield Wednesday, Bolton, Ipswich, Portsmouth, Plymouth, Derby, Charlton? What a load of bollocks!
