Whilst most of us were trudging back to coaches, cars & trains no doubt NC had his evening planned in Warrington/Crewe. 8.37pm precisely cab to local Indian. Mildest Korma, plain nan & rice. 5 starters served as far back of the restaurant as possible, nothing in the middle serving. Only pressure on the waiters is the taxi booked after EXACTLY 70 mins of the starters arriving. No alternatives to dishes if things aren't going right. Meanwhile, at a near table, 2 blokes ordering the exact same dishes whilst hid behind a laptop
