In the interests of fairness and truth, I have to point out that the stats I used about us scoring too few goals in comparison to 20-21 were in fact, completely innacurate as I'd read the wrong column in the table. 
I bet Gary Neville doesn't have to prepare for Monday night football whilst washing up and that.
We have in fact, scored at a fractionally higher rate than 20-21 but conceded slightly more. The stats on goals scored/conceded are however remarkably similar to that year - but we've not scored in a lot more games and scored more in a few games.
What I said about the strikers aside from Rhodes not actually getting in positions to have chances is true though. Rhodes is miles ahead in both shots per game and XG.

I commented on that Lawal lad after the 3-3 away game earlier in the season, he showed he has some talent in a few moments in that game too. He's on loan from Celtic. Maybe get him here next season?!
Also, with regard to not looking forward to more of the same next season, I suspect the players probably feel the same way as the fans do? The people running the club need to consider string possibility of this malaise deepening, and the effect that would have financially, and results wise. We surely need some fresh energy.
