Season ticket confirmation

Purchased season ticket online. All seems to have gone through fine. Got email confirmation.

But the email confirmation says ;

"If you don’t receive the PDF after the confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder and move the email into their inbox to print."

I haven't had a PDF in my spam or anywhere else. Has anyone else?

Ignore it you won’t get a PDF but you should still receive confirmation of your purchase
 
I didn't buy my seat last season, bought it again this year, all went through, money was processed but had nothing from the club in terms of e-mails or acknowledgements. Still have my old Season Ticket Card and so presuming it will work. Probably drop them a line the week before the first game.

WB they will be issuing new season ticket cards according to the BFC site that announced ST sales.

The PDF is relevant when you buy individual tickets for games as access is via home printing. I think this is that email adapted for another purpose and not properly proof read.
 
My mate renewed his at the club and was told they won’t send out his new ticket and you have to collect it from the club. I’m renewing online and he says the same applies. Seems odd to me.

Renewed mine over the phone and was told it will be sent out as I am not local to Blackpool.

They will if you ask them.
As a Senior they asked if I wanted it sent to me. I said I would collect it as I'd just like to go down to the ground.
I don't know if this just applies to Seniors.
