Season Ticket Help

Tried to log on to e-ticketing this morning and found that I can only assign tickets for my wife and not manage. Email requests have been sent to change this, but nor received. Has anyone else had this problem and if so did the email arrive?

I dealt with a similar query on twitter earlier

One of the BFC ticket office staff confirmed they have a list of call backs they are working through

I'd call and email to make sure you get on the list

I had the same issue for me and my daughter. You have to go in on 'your network' and change your wife's entry to manage from assist. She should then get an email saying that someone (you) has asked to manage her tickets. She has to reply then to that email confirming she is OK with that. Then you can go on and buy for her.

One thing to bear in mind too, is that the passwords have probably expired (mine had) so you both may need to go in and rest them.

When I tried it, a pop up came explaining how to do it. It was a bit fiddly, and it is useful to have your wife with you when you do it, but a simple soul like me managed to do it.

Hope this helps, and let me know how you get on

Thank you for that. The problem at the moment is that the email does not appear to have been sent to my wife. It has been requested twice.
Based on TAM's earlier response I tried to ring the club, but they are not answering calls. I have emailed the ticket office and hopefully I will get a response.

I had same issues last week.
Emailed the club via the season tickets link, and they called me back within 2 days and renewed over the phone easy peasey😉
You will be on a list but they will call you

I’ve had the same scenario. My lad is 14 and I can’t imagine I have given him a separate email address but have recieved nothing to my email when trying to “manage” the account.
Email sent yesterday and today and awaiting a response.

Thank you for that. If it is not until tomorrow I guess there may be another conversation to have.

I probably know what you’re getting at, but if you email today then I’m sure you’ll get your tickets at the reduced preferential rates😉

I had a similar issue. Because the account I wanted to manage had been set up so long ago the e-mails were going to a very old e-mail address. I did have to contact the ticket office to get them to re-set the e-mail so I bought the STs anyway over the phone anyway.
There were very helpful as always. 👍
The "networking" function is also now working fine.

From the article on the clubs website...The Club can confirm that if any supporter has issues with the renewal process, then as long as the Club receives an email to tickets@blackpoolfc.co.uk by the 5pm deadline, then the Club will process the Season Ticket renewal or purchase at the Early Bird Price up to the cap of 4,000.

Thank you to those who gave constructive advice. The ticket office called me this afternoon and all is now sorted. As mentioned on another thread, their enthusiasm and efficiency deserves great credit.
