Season Ticket in Wallet on IPhone

This what the wallet display on my iPhone currently looks like, can anyone tell me if there is an issue or is this normal or should my season ticket information be visible ?

Quite a few ST’s went into expired last week and people had to add them back in. Check “View expired passes” if you can see that (should be at the bottom of the screen)

Suddick. It’s a common thing with iPhones. Scroll down until you see expired passes, find your ticket and press the arrow on the right hand side. Select unhide at the bottom of the screen and your ticket will reappear.

After numerous e-mails back and forth, it was suggested to me, that I come into the ticket office last Saturday, for one of their personnel to delete and re- install the digital ticket on my iPhone. Still couldn’t use it to get into the stadium. Stewards also tried, without success. Plastic ST seems to be the only way forward for me.

Mine appeared back in there sometime around Friday evening.

Bizarrely after the posts from the club saying it now wouldn’t show individual games like the first couple it still showed as being against Wigan Athletic and I already have the next one showing as being against Reading.

In all my Apple Wallet time I have yet to see this expired pass thing, so am i missing where to find it or does it only show if something has actually expired?

Simon. Go into your wallet, at the bottom of your existing passes should be a small grey box with view your expired passes in blue writing. Click on there and it should open all your expired passes. If you have no expired passes you’ll not see the grey box.

I'm in the West stand and Im pretty sure the reader on the turnstile that I use doesn't work and you are let in by a lady who pushes a button as you put your phone up the scanner . My mates think the same .

I’ve not been able to use my digital ticket to get into any game this season. I have had regular dialogue with the ticket office, and today I received a message from them, to say that the club will be reimbursing me the cost of my plastic season ticket.

Mine has worked all season up until last home game when they took the next fixture off. Every time I’ve held it to scanner it’s worked up until that game. I’m stood there waving it about and then miraculously it went green. Then that woman appeared haha.
