Much the same. I think many didn’t go Monday thinking it would be busy, which obviously meant it wasn’t. Probably leaving it a bit later with first match being away, so will be a madhouse next week.Went down yesterday (Tues) early so as to be not in a long queue.
When I got there at about 09.35a.m. there was just one guy there.
A few more came before they opened the doors.
I expected many more to be there.
What was it like on Monday?
Put it in your bus pass wallet.Went down today about 11:30am queue about 20ish but quick service as 4 people serving behind the desk.
My only gripe other than you can’t park anywhere near the friggin shop these days is you would have thought for £360 the club would have provided a plastic wallet for my card.

I was expecting a plastic wallet with the fixtures printed on the back like we’ve had previously, I felt like throwing my season ticket back at the shop staff in a rage , Simon needs to start putting his hand in his pocket the cheapskate, I couldn’t care less about a right back, very disappointed!Went down today about 11:30am queue about 20ish but quick service as 4 people serving behind the desk.

I asked the girl in the shop & she said a text from the person asking you to pick up there STWhat do you need to show to pick up other peoples season tickets (same BFC network)?
I have no intention of picking mine up until we have a game.Well, the shop does open and close at bad times for people that work 9 to 5.
There are loads of season tickets still waiting to be collected though when I went round earlier today.
Good post, there’s some right moaning buggers on here!I picked mine up on Monday around 11.30 had to queue for about 3 minutes to get mine……disgusting!!!!!
People were using the opportunity to buy merchandise from the shop, and whilst it may be income for “OUR” club it didn’t suit me!!!!!!
To cap it all the sun went in whilst I was in the ticket office!!…….tHe Club really needs to get its act together, it’s just not acceptable!!
Oh!!!……..and no wallet for my Season Ticket either!!!!!!!
The problem with the Club at the moment is they are focusing too much on the ground, the pitch & the playing staff as opposed to ME!!!!!!!!!
A pal picked mine up yesterday, he phoned me whilst in the shop and I just had to verify my postcode. What do you need to show to pick up other peoples season tickets (same BFC network)?
