Went down yesterday (Tues) early so as to be not in a long queue.
When I got there at about 09.35a.m. there was just one guy there.
A few more came before they opened the doors.
I expected many more to be there.
What was it like on Monday?

Much the same. I think many didn’t go Monday thinking it would be busy, which obviously meant it wasn’t. Probably leaving it a bit later with first match being away, so will be a madhouse next week.🤣🤣

Got ours about half eleven this morning there were about 10 in queue before me when I arrived and a similar amount when I left so steady from what I saw. There were still loads of tickets still to be collected the block c box I was in was almost full.
just Hope people aren’t leaving it till last minute as there will be chaos I would think

Well, the shop does open and close at bad times for people that work 9 to 5.
There are loads of season tickets still waiting to be collected though when I went round earlier today.

Went down today about 11:30am queue about 20ish but quick service as 4 people serving behind the desk.
My only gripe other than you can’t park anywhere near the friggin shop these days is you would have thought for £360 the club would have provided a plastic wallet for my card. 🙄

I'm lucky to be off work next couple of days so will get down and pick mine up.
But to be honest would like to think the club will bite the bullet and have some late opening days next week for people as said that work 9 to 5. Would be a mini PR disaster to have a situation next Saturday with people still queueing to get season tickets after kick off.

Went yesterday about 1.30/2, first thing I saw was a very nice coach with the players going on, obviously ready to go to Man City. Bit of a queue, but only took about 15/20 minutes to get to the desk. There were two lively girls and one lad, unfortunately I got the lad who had as much personality as a brick and clearly no interest in the job. Hardly spoke, and turned away sulkily after he’d served us.

On the way out, Kenny Dougall was sauntering past, looked ok, no limp or anything.

I was with the wife who hates football, yet bought a BFC pinkish sweatshirt. God forbid she starts to take an interest and wants to go to games.

Did you get a wallet with your Onward card 😀

Went this morning , picked up season ticket and bought M'boro cup ticket . Just a small queue. As mentioned, there are literally many thousands there awaiting collection . If people think they will be able to arrive a bit early for the Cardiff game to pick them up there will be a queue down to the seafront . Either that or they are still awaiting it to come automatically by post , which ain't happening .

Got ours yesterday about 10 people before me but went quick, what did surprise me was no L or XL home shirts in stock. Only kids and massive sizes.

Can’t believe thousands are planning to pick up on the Cardiff game. I would expect the club will look at this nearer the time and email those still outstanding.

The biggest carpark in Europe is over the road...pay a quid .

I am sure they are really busy, with staff being off self isolating recently, with STs to process, Rangers refunds and the sale of Bristol and other tickets and other things to sort before the start of a new season. I tried phoning 4 times on Monday (waited about 15 / 20 minutes each time and it would be useful if they had a system telling you what position you were in the queue) without success, in order to get our STs posted out as we live 160 miles away. I ended up emailing them with my request and asked them to phone me when they had the opportunity. They have always been very good at phoning back, but as I hadn't heard anything by about 4pm today so tried to phone again and managed to get through after a couple of minutes. She said I was lucky as they were working flat out to catch up and answer queries.
They are good people in the ticket office and we need to cut them a bit of slack whilst they catch up and things get back to some normality.

I was expecting a plastic wallet with the fixtures printed on the back like we’ve had previously, I felt like throwing my season ticket back at the shop staff in a rage , Simon needs to start putting his hand in his pocket the cheapskate, I couldn’t care less about a right back, very disappointed!

A little disappointed my season card hasn't been delivered to my home like this, after all I did pay £340 for it.

I have no intention of picking mine up until we have a game.

I picked mine up on Monday around 11.30 had to queue for about 3 minutes to get mine……disgusting!!!!!

People were using the opportunity to buy merchandise from the shop, and whilst it may be income for “OUR” club it didn’t suit me!!!!!!

To cap it all the sun went in whilst I was in the ticket office!!…….tHe Club really needs to get its act together, it’s just not acceptable!!

Oh!!!……..and no wallet for my Season Ticket either!!!!!!!

The problem with the Club at the moment is they are focusing too much on the ground, the pitch & the playing staff as opposed to ME!!!!!!!!!

😂😂😂 Good post, there’s some right moaning buggers on here!

Picked mine up 3.30pm yesterday, no queue. Tried to drive round to the club shop as there were spaces opposite until I realised the barrier was down and had to reverse all the way back! Two guys behind me appeared annoyed as they had to follow suit, only to rush past me, through the tunnel until finally their reverse lights came on 😗

I used my last years wallet & saved the planet. Better not use the fixture list on the back though 😬 TBH I'd never actually looked at it last season as it never moved out of my house, all fixtures are on my phone anyway & I believe they update if changed.

Just picked our 2 up. About 15 people waiting. Five staff on. Easy.
Info for pro/ anti mask obsessives. 90% wearing masks.
