Sheff Wednesday supporters

Not a nice bunch are they.

Taunting Sunderland fans over Bradley Lowrey a few months ago, today giving it full on racist chants to a Coventry player near the end of today's match.

Wonder what the EFL will do, if anything?

They should dock points.

They should dock points.
They need to do something Wiz.
My personal point of view but if Wednesday got a points deduction that would start to rid the game of racism rather than footballers kneeling down for 5 seconds.

I know there are racist dicks throughout the country but I'd hope that if anything like that happened at Bloomfield Rd they'd immediately get called out🤞

I mean… 2 x Sheffield Wednesday fans were involved in the Bradley Lowerey incident and pretty much every other fan was disgusted and ashamed. And likely a similar tiny number of imbeciles involved today - again against the grain of the vast majority. Unfortunately the bigger the number of fans the bigger the number of the small minority of idiots too. I don’t think Wednesday fans are bad generally. No worse than us or any other group!*

*PNE and West Ham aside

So the bigger the crowd the more fans to spot the racists.👍🏻
One of em was picked up by the TV cameras doing the monkey arms gesture.
I thought that was firmly entrenched in the 70's but then again, Yorkshire probably still is.

Can I perhaps suggest they have a word with Enzo, upstanding contributor to this board and who, I'm sure, will be 'absolutely appalled' by the Neanderthal grumblings emanating from the blue & white lowlife scum of Hillborough, Sheffield. In fact, now I've mentioned them, Enzo, you couldn't perhaps consider switching your allegiance to the rather tiresome t' Owls of South Yorkshire, could you, and do us all a favour ...?

And maybe the gesture of 'taking the knee' would be a significant contributory factor in ensuring we succeed in ridding ourselelves of such irksome lowlife scum.

That would just open the door to rival fans infiltrating and indulging in racist activities to adversely impact their rivals. Closing parts or all of grounds is an option.
Would they be the same rival fans who were going to infiltrate the North and throw things to get us a points deduction 🤔

Don’t be starting with that common sense approach on here. 😁

It wasn't a chant, it was monkey gestures. Are you saying as long as its not every single person, then everything is fine?

One is one too many.
No he’s not. But if someone in the crowd murders someone does that mean everyone goes to prison ? No
You can punish everyone because one person is a vile cretin.

You punish the person responsible

Life time ban from football
Criminal record
Maybe jail time
Deffo community service
Anti Racism course
He will lose his job

HE not (everyone else) deserves all he gets.
Once you punish others for the actions of someone else it’s a very slippery, scary slope.

Fine if they are caught.

Infantino failing to engage his brain (cell) once again.....

If a team is losing an important game, what's to stop one of their players falsely claiming racism with a view to having the game forfeited.

FFS some if these modern footballers are so sensitive and can't wait to get down that tunnel, due to racism. They should have been around in the 80's.

And no, I don't condone it in any shape or form.

I've often thought a team doing badly brings out the worst in fans.
Almost as if the idiots suddenly get the loudest voices.
