Simon Sadler and the Fans Deserve Better

Unfortunately tonight was not a one-off, although there has been a slight improvement in the last couple of home games it is concerning that the same things keep happening:
- Players switching off and making defensive mistakes which are costing us goals
- Goalkeeping errors
- An over-reliance on Feeney to create goals
- A lack of creativity generally
- An over-reliance on Gnanduillet to score goals
- No plan B
- No passion/encouragement from Grayson on the sidelines

These issues are a combination of Grayson and the player’s fault - they both need to step up because Simon Sadler and the fans deserve better!!

Are players switching off or is it just an 'every man for himself' mentality - the players don't seem to have each others backs which is as worrying as it is remiss (I was going to say indefensible but that would be a bit too corny!).
