A group of us are looking at raising monies for a giant Simon Sadler flag ,to show our appreciation of what a great owner he is .More details to follow next week once we get the final design done and final pricing. #HE'SONEOFOUROWN

Yes mate once we get the design done and then get a price a Just Giving page will be up and running. Will post details up when ready ,just giving everyone a heads up .The new flag will be 17 X 12 metres or thereabouts.

I must admit (and I don't like saying this) but I can't help but think this is all a bit too much...

All a bit kind of stalkerish and weird

I mean it's just a flag, so it's not quite turning up at his house dressed in the same clothes as him with a Simon Sadler Wig on and asking him if he'd like to come swimming with you, but it's still a bit borderline creepy perhaps??

A fantastic gesture of thanks for what he has done and plans to do.
Many clubs are grateful of their owners/investors and rarely acknowledge them unless it’s to ask them to leave often with venom, this is different,
We know how bad owners can be!!!!
I vote yes and believe it’s a gesture that builds upon and increases the cohesion across all levels of the club that has been developing for some time and long may it continue

Second thoughts it IS time fans made a “statement” how much we appreciate what SS has done for OUR Club and it would be a great way to make that Statement.

It’s “flags” or rather big crowd flags that I’m not a great fan of however for this one I could happily make am exception.

It would be a nice gesture to show OUR appreciation for the great work he has done for OUR beloved Football Club.
