So is Owen still in the Penthouse?

Wouldn't surprise me if Owen's daughter was still there. Sounds like there's been a cock-up by the club's solicitor.

To be fair the interim board haven't been in situ since June 19

I wasn't involved in the legals but the minutes reference a mistake - by the lawyers not by the board
No idea what that mistake was however based upon the response the issue clearly remains unresolved almost two years later and as a lawyer myself I struggle to accept that has anything to do with the interim board
 
I genuinely don't know the specifics but any mistake ( assuming there was one ) would have been almost two years ago
If the O's are still there ( heard they are but only from third parties ) theres a more fundamental issue than ' a mistake ' IMO
Dealing with things like this was never going to be straight forward The current board have my sympathies

That's why I think it's better if Mansford focuses on that if he's got a legal background. Rather than trying to be Director of Football because he's also had a dabble at being a football agent. And I think from the roles created and appointments made as things have gone along there's been a recognition of that.

I get the growing general feeling that they didn't quite know what they bought into. But none of that is ever the fans fault.

I was gonna say same. Why would you even want to stay somewhere where you know everyone hates ya. Bitter twisted and sad family sums them up.
 
Maybe they stuck a hosepipe out of the Penthouse window on Tuesday night whilst no one was looking and flooded the pitch 😳
 
Currently and for a considerable time Owens bodyguard (and his female friend) and both daughters have been frequenting the penthouse, during the first lockdown it was rumoured Owen had sneaked back in, totally unfounded

I believe the old gimp came back to the UK for a heart operation on the NHS and was living at quernmore. George works at an estate agents in Lancaster ( and has had abusive phone calls).
