£85 🤔🤔🤔

That's a reasonable price as coach hire is a very expensive business as I found out over the years. Ran buses for around 12 years and always ended up using my holiday pay in the summer to prop it up.
Given the present circumstances and the fact it's a one off I think you guys are getting a good deal.
I've just booked my family of 4 on a train for £145 as opposed to £340 on this coach

It's doubtful I'll be able to use this service as I'm out of town, but if you think Ash is making money out of this I suggest you try doing it yourselves, then you will realise the foolishness and mean spiritedness of your comments. FFS

A coach organiser cant offer concessions unless of course there is a means of subsidising the trip, but the coach is going straight to Wembley and you'll have no transfers or taxis from Euston.
The train is quicker of course and if I was going with kids I'd probably use it or drive, but it's an option that others might need.

The standard price Poulton to London when you enquire on the app is £101.10 pp

I’ve also heard there are likely to be major issues that will complicate the journey - in fact the app suggests the first train out is just after 9am and that doesn’t get you in until after we’ll after 1pm ( before the inevitable delays )

There’s more options from Preston but that’s showing 5-6hrs with multiple changes prior to the one referenced above

To get that price I assume you have a family railcard ( not available to all ) and as a result of the disruption not travelling from Blackpool / Preston as frankly that looks a nightmare

This is door-to-door with no hassle or concerns about when and if you’ll get there

Don't think you can knock Ash here, like others have said I doubt he will be making much, if anything from this......

Covid regulations will mean the coaches can't be full so based on reduced capacity its going to bump the price per person up as I'm sure the coach company will still charge the same to hire the coach irrelevant of whether is full or not.

I've organised a minibus to away games and it's not easy, then if someone let's you down last minute you're lumbered with either trying to fill the seat or forking out the extra yourself. So if he's making a few quid, or even just covering the cost so he can travel for free then what's the problem? If he's making absolutely nothing from it then the guys a Saint and shouldn't pay for a drink all day.

We're all Blackpool fans ffs, can't understand why people are so quick to jump on fellow Seasiders. Oh and for the record I barely know the guy, met him briefly a couple of times and I'm certainly not a Tory 😉

Well said HS it sounds a right pain the arse to sort and with the risk of being out of pocket. If people think it’s too expensive then you don’t have to sign up to it.

Well done Ashley. It's like herding cats trying to sort travel for so many at basically cost price.

It's unbelievable what some people will moan about.

A fellow Seasider is going out of his way to make sure other fans can get to the game with all the rail disruption, and people are giving him stick for it.

As far as I'm aware, nobody is forcing you at gunpoint to pay to travel on Ashley's coach.

If you think Ash makes any money from this then you’re mistaken. I’ve known him to run at a loss as I have when I organised coaches. Believe me it’s damn hard work - and the reward is certainly NOT monetary!
After that - are you travelling for free bud? 😂

Here the Fylde Coast price list ready for Wembley, Ashley's is about right I reckon.

Lytham Super Executive £150pp (payment in Bitcoin or Etherium accepted, Bollinger available in magnums only)
PLF Executive coach £85pp (prosecco and craft beers available plus Ash is banned from commentary on the microphone)
BFC Seasiders coach £45pp (strictly no drinking whatsover but mushrooms are allowed to travel on separate coaches)
Mereside mini buses £30pp (Old Mereside Hells Angels from the seventies more than welcome, Stella on draught available)
Grange Park furniture van £20pp (Drugs freely available as well as White Lightning bottles, no seat reservations needed)

Sounds a decent deal to me for an Executive coach, with loo and other benefits - particularly with Covid restrictions. Always bettter to travel in some comfort for such a long trip. Would have used it myself if I was still living on the Fylde coast

Compared to the European Cup finals this trip seems a dream

No Covid proof/tests needed before or on return etc

allocation for those is 6,000 (just shy) per team (Portugal final)

Well done Ash

Where is this £45 on BFC supporters travel come from.
Just looked it is £65 plus booking

“I've just booked my family of 4 on a train for £145 as opposed to £340 on this coach“
This is pure bullshit if from Fylde.
Checked long ago and attempted different routes.
Would love to see how he has done it if true.

Luckily too for PLF's delicate souls it seems that most of the more reprehensible bog blockers are travelling by alternative means. A narrow escape indeed! 🤣 💩

Eeh? Not sure what prompted that comment because I am pretty sure I don't know you

He is likely to be going tomorrow at 6am with bus connections x 2 and travel back week on Wednesday at 2am with a bus back from Watford.. Great deal if you ask me:)

Honestly speechless how fans call people for organising... a thankless task!!

Poulton Bus reminds of that Mowbray guy. You only ever seem to hear or see him when there's a bit of publicity surrounding the club.

Uncalled for and you know it.
Never met him but I do know he is BFC through and through...no doubt you are but why the crass response?
