I'm in favour of taking a gamble on one player only. For us that would be Keshi. Stewart has never been fit in his career.

The problem is that the risk isn’t limited to the money (I suspect his current deal is largely ‘pay as you play’)

The issue is that he takes up a place in a number-limited squad. And he’s not the only injury risk … for example Keshi, if he stays, has also had substantial time out injured in each of his three seasons; Trybull is also an injury worry.

We need a defensive central midfielder who has a strong chance of playing 30+ games.

It's his mind that's unbreakable unfortunately that doesn't include his body parts of which keep falling off. I'd keep him if we could get say 15 20 games a season he's that good. Crying shame it's so close to zero.
