How many attempts on goal did England have? A lot! They gave a stat, during second half. Sam Marino’s goalie saved a bundle. I wasn’t unhappy with tactics.

It's not as if there's a vast pool of alternative managers available for the post either.
 
Give it back to Fat Sam, he's served his penance now by having to visit the midlands regularly, he's a brexiteer and would get this team back to the good old British 44fucking2 meat and two veg big lads at the back lumping it to the big lads up front playing for a draw then going out on penalties that this team and country is clearly missing.
