When i was driving back from the Promised Land with the missus and the youngest over Christmas, we did our usual car trip thing of each choosing a song in turn from spotify/you tube music (whatever). For one of my goes, I went for the Grandstand theme. Proper full on version it was. With a slick and funky guitar solo in the middle. 3 minutes of total joy. The timpani drum (bowwwwooom) bit is ace.

The World of Sport one is certainly nostalgic with the shot of the plane towing the WoS banner behind it and Dickie"The Badger" Davies.
The Sportsnight theme again evocative of Wednesday nights but Ski Sunday's hard to beat for me...
