Apologies if this has been posted previously.

If you’ve not watched the film, it documents the journey of black players in English football, and the racism they suffer. It’s thought provoking, and shows how far we have come as a nation, from a shameful era, but also that we have a long way to go.

Football, being our national sport, is a barometer of where we are on dealing with racism, and with each new generation we will hopefully see more progress.

It’s well worth a watch.

Sounds like a good watch ! I think the football governing bodies are brushing most under the carpet, clearly They could be doing more by eliminating country’s from major competitions after racial incidents . Also on the topic of homophobic stances, How can Russia and Poland who have policy’s in place to ban anyone entering their country’s be allowed to be in the the major comp’s . There are probably lots of other country’s also . ?

Yes, and for all that we can do more and better, I think we are ahead of some other countries on equality matters generally.
