Stephen Dobbie testamonial

Be interested to know how many of our fans turned up.
Allez, I went up with a couple of pals ... a few former Pool plays on show ... Dobbie, Harris, Hendry, Broadfoot and Harkins

The result was QOS Legends 2 Scotland Legends 6

The Scoland Legends included Scott Brown, Kenny Miller, James McFadden, Stephen Whitaker, Gordon Greer, Charlie Mulgrew, John Rankin, Mark Wilson and Colin Hendry

The Managers for the two teams were the experienced twins Dick & Ian Campbell

A decent turn out to honour the King Of Queens .. I think there was 2.800 at the game

I managed to get Broadfoot signed up to our FPA ... the others had already done so

Kirk is still playing at age 39 ( 40 in August ! ) for Greenock Morton and he was a delight to speak to ... he told me he loved his time at BFC, living in Lytham

A really enjoyable day !

Great stuff John

Just for you John. Enjoy.

Thanks for that...

Odd one with Campbell as really aside from that play off game barely achieved much of note over his entire career.

As for Dobbie, he then returned to haunt us a year later in the play offs for Swansea 😂
