Just watched a training session on TTV, I can see why the club have appointed him in this position, highly motivated & clearly knows what is reqiured to effect an attitude & motivate young players. Will be a real asset for the club further down the line IMO.

Of course you're right but part of me still thinks it won't matter a jot unless we use these lads.

At a guess 8/10 1st team players from the existing squad will leave at the end of the season. 1 or 2 should find there opportunity or loaned out for further experience. As we know its all based on opinion, just have to wait & see.

I mentioned it a few days ago but there's not too much interest especially bearing in mind you also have to be TTV subscriber.

Think all our strikers could learn from one to one sessions with Dobbie.
I do not agree the summer window was terrible, if you factor in Appleton had to assess the squad before any deals were done, then loan out players to free up space and budget.
Patino and Corbeanu loan, Lyons, Wright, Thompson all good or potentially good signings

Not brilliant but we have had far worse
Next summer is the litmus test on whether the board are offering the right level of support, when there is the option to renew contracts or replace players.
Have always said I am OK with offloading any player as long as you replace him with better. Bowler was so late in the window the opportunity might not be till next summer
