He was fined £8k for impeding an FA inquiry, and suspended from football for 20 months for his involvement in the scandal.

He later pleaded guilty in court to conspiring to cheat the public revenue and was given a 12 month suspended prison sentence.

A fourth official's worst nightmare - repeatedly charged by the FA for verbally abusing match officials and staff of opposing teams.

His teams play thuggish, neanderthal football.
