Been following Caulker's career as he went to the same school as my cousin in London - was taken out of school early when he signed for Spurs and looked like he'd got a glistening career ahead of him but did nothing of any note (in fact his highlight was probably once being loaned to Liverpool). Will be at Wigan for a final pay day.

I read an article he wrote, seems like he's had a few issues with drink. The lad was doing well in Turkey before making a bad choice and dumped by Fenerbache. If Wigan get the best version of him, it's a good signing, the chances of that seem slim though.
