There's over a third of the season left. 16 games to catch up 6 points on two teams.Sadly the damage has already been done last Saturday.
Shame on you for such an honest post.Just shows the ridiculous reactionary posts on here from Saturday were a bit ott.
If we win Saturday, who’s to say Stevenage won’t lose at port vale? Would start to feel a bit different wouldn’t it.
Exactly. Things could look very different come 10pm Tuesday.Just shows the ridiculous reactionary posts on here from Saturday were a bit ott.

Cos our manager has no bollocks and worries about the opposition more than us imposing OUR game on themWhy oh why did we not go for it ?
Or how variable and unpredictable football is . Fleetwood , Exeter and Reading all won tonight . All 3 results way off the coupon . Too soon to write off the season . Injuries, freak results, loss of form , finding form...still lots to actually play for ...if only to be a better unit for wherever we find ourselves next seasonReading beating Stevenage just highlights how poor we are in reality.
Reading beating Stevenage just highlights how poor we are in reality.
Orient fans probably thinking the same, and us to play at home 3 weeks todayWhat happened to all those teams winning all their games in hand? You know, those teams who some were saying would be well clear of us?
Asking for a friend.
Steve Evans and Fergie no bollocks tonight I presume.Cos our manager has no bollocks and worries about the opposition more than us imposing OUR game on them
True enough. Yet our season is over apparently and they are still behind us.Orient fans probably thinking the same, and us to play at home 3 weeks today
No it doesn't . . . it just highlights the fact that Stevenage are awful. We battered them for most of the game on Sat.Reading beating Stevenage just highlights how poor we are in reality.
Yeh, "on another day eh!"No it doesn't . . . it just highlights the fact that Stevenage are awful. We battered them for most of the game on Sat.
Been the same with us all season away. Posh and Stevenage with much better away records than us.Steve Evans and Fergie no bollocks tonight I presume.
Most teams in most divisions have to rely on other teams slipping up . It's sort of how football works .It's a shame we're having to rely on others slipping up rather than us doing the business ourselves.
Every team outside the top 6 relies on others slipping up. But no team wins every game, they all slip up.It's a shame we're having to rely on others slipping up rather than us doing the business ourselves.
The big problem isn't other teams losing, it's us winning. Basic fact, if you don't win you don't catch up.It's a shame we're having to rely on others slipping up rather than us doing the business ourselves.
I took Fleetwood and Reading to win and Leeds let me down for my bet.Or how variable and unpredictable football is . Fleetwood , Exeter and Reading all won tonight . ...plus the restUltimately we’re not in the top 6 cos we can’t beat dross like Fleetwood, Port Vale (twice!), Cambridge. Thats 10 points right there
No they don't, they have the odd loss not a 50% loss record away from home.Every team outside the top 6 relies on others slipping up. But no team wins every game, they all slip up.
Careful, you'll be called entitled before you know itUltimately we’re not in the top 6 cos we can’t beat dross like Fleetwood, Port Vale (twice!), Cambridge. Thats 10 points right there
Ah yes but you're a football score predictor phenomenonon without compare as everyone do know. Did Exeter fall off your coupon then?I took Fleetwood and Reading to win and Leeds let me down for my bet.
I didn't touch it I had the Shrimps but postponed.Ah yes but you're a football score predictor phenomenonon without compare as everyone do know. Did Exeter fall off your coupon then?
And we should have been in front at Stevenage. Shame for them.Stevenage should have been 2-3 up...
Reading didn't have a shot on target and were 1-0 at HT
Football for youAnd we should have been in front at Stevenage. Shame for them.
Mental that people were saying the season was over on Saturday. Absolute childrenThere's over a third of the season left. 16 games to catch up 6 points on two teams.
Agreed, even if we were to win the rest of our games, Playoffs are out of our reach. Season over.Sadly the damage has already been done last Saturday.
