Stevenage

No it doesn't . . . it just highlights the fact that Stevenage are awful. We battered them for most of the game on Sat.
Don’t waste your time Leither, some people on here are too blinkered to notice how we have actually played because it doesn’t suit their anti Critch agenda.
In both our last 2 games we have bossed possession and had more shots and yet some clowns are still adamant that we don’t go for it.

Change the fcuking record Reaper
We are 8th in the table, a positive goal difference, in striking distance of the top 6, so that is shit?
If they are shit why do you follow them ? (I deliberately avoided the word support)
A positive goal difference! That is it, we have reached our ambitions this season. Nothing else matters.

We played well at Stevenage? That is the best one yet. Maybe the first 20 minutes. Overall though, we were dreadful and had no answers like most away games.

Interesting reply Reaper.
The other month you said if you go to a game and we play bad (or lose) then you boycott the next game.
So by your logic you wouldn’t have been at Stevenage so how the fcuk do you know how we played
And please don’t say you watched it on TV or listened to the commentary because that gives the game a totally different perspective.
Incidentally, I tuned into the local radio on the way back and their reporter said we are a good team.
Mind you, why should we take notice of them when we have experts like your good self to pass analysis

So I didn't go to Stevenage and watched the full game on the TV, that means I can't form an opinion? It didn't change the perspestive that much to the point I was watching the FA Cup final in 1953.

You do realise the opponents say we are a good team as it highlights what a good result it was for Stevenage even more so? There was nothing good about performance. We never looked like scoring. The fans were chanting for Dembele from early in the second half which shows how frustrated they were with the performance. Feel free to cling onto insignifant factors if it helps live up to your username.

If we’d only held on against Fleetwood and beat Port Vale at home that’s an extra 4 point.

That’d put us on 49 points and 3 points off the play offs. 2 games any teams with promotion aspirations should be winning

If only we could've been 3 or 4 up against Charlton at home at ht that we could easily have been or not thrown away a 2 goal lead in the reverse fixture.... another 4 points.... I'd be far more concerned if we were getting nowhere near these teams. It's all up for grabs I reckon.

2 up against Charlton with 80 gone, drew.

Battered them at home, drew.

Really costly some games we've thrown away.

Why oh why did we not go for it ?
Because we had no plan (B) - and because Critchley has no grasp of such fighting talk. It was just such a reflection of how you-know-who can be so channelled in his thinking. After the results from tonight (which have put such a different hue on the current League standings), just think how much more positive 'still' our position would presently be had we bagged three points at the weekend. 'Squandered opportunity' is the phrase currently rattling around my head.

Had to chuckle, just reading Steve Evans saying Reading's backroom staff "crossed the line" with their antics on the bench on Tuesday. Pot and Kettle spring to mind.
