Maybe your right, sat here sweating my nads off just in my shortscome on !. You are moody because of the heat. He is a great football person. Has plenty to pass on.
I wouldn't want him as a number one but he must have a lot to offer as an assistant, I'd imagine.Maybe your right, sat here sweating my nads off just in my shorts
Don’t recall his recent record being upto much, but what do I know, in Sadler and critchley we trust, utp!!!
I'd definitely agree. That good spell as assistant to Warnock at Sheff Utd, which included promotion to the Prem, is really useful. Yes they went back down the next season but that also teaches things. I think he has a good amount of the experience we need.I wouldn't want him as a number one but he must have a lot to offer as an assistant, I'd imagine.
Many weren't overly keen on Calderwood but that went pretty wellNew assistant, can’t say I’m keen on this
If Critch left I wouldn't be too keen on McCall taking over tbh, left Bradford second bottom in League Two last December. His best work has been as an assistant it seems, apart perhaps from Motherwell. And I suspect he would be a bit old school to take over the reins from what we have now. Falling off cars with a can in hand era of football management. The world has changed....Interersting - if we still had access to the old board, before Critch came, I wrote a whole piece on why I thought we should go after McCall.
Excellent appointment and also God forbid someone comes in for Critch, provides that much needed succession.
