Was up in both Ambleside and Bowness/Windermere last week enquiring (have a holiday home up there)
Those with Sky Sports told me you would have to book a table you couldn’t just roll up, two even told me i’d have to book a meal as well to guarantee a table as they would lose revenue being a bank holiday weekend and everyone wanting to eat.

Is the wild boar in Kendal? Probably more chance in a place like that than somewhere more touristy like above.

I’ll be watching it in the caravan Dave just hope it’s a good stream on the dodgy IPTV.
Still with it being on Sky Sports at least I can watch in though the app on my iPad, can’t be arsed messing with the pubs with attitudes like some have.

I think Mrs Westby should be a bit more understanding and sympathetic to the cause and let you watch the footy in your local with your mates and then go to the lakes on Monday. And if she asks who’s said that tell her Davepick!
