I know it seems that LR and WR wanted to meet face to face before LR moved on to us, but in reality they've had time for a cruise together.

As regards terms etc, it's a yes or no and it sorted instantly.

What else could be causing a delay- I've speculated about it being the NO 2, but it gets to the point where you just crack on if that position requires further work.

Nixon said compo was about £200k and Derby need it to help pay salaries next month if sale is not completed. If they don't pay player salaries then they get another points deduction I believe.

Latching onto the likes of Nixon who are every bit in the dark as everyone else, Scrafton seems to be the only one even remotely ITK.

Friday's a reasonable shout, but it could drag on into next week.

It needs to be done soon. We have our first pre season game on the 2nd July. Rapidly running out of time.

That's crossed my mind BUT it might be built into the compo from Villa. It's virtually inevitable that when the Manager goes the backroom staff aren't kept on by the new Manager (except Steve Banks )
