I think I have a bit of it. I’ve bought my own Otex syringe kit as GP surgeries don‘t syringe ears anymore I self syringe once a week and quite enjoy it now
It definitely clears them out for a few days.
I used to power shower my ears to clean them but that’s the worst thing you can do apparently and might be what brought it on initially. They recommend ear plugs for the bath and shower with swimmers ear.
I’m not a GP though and just muddle through stuff like this so it’s probably best to ask your GP.
Good luck
The reason GPs no longer syringe ears is due to some research by the Egyptian based Canopic Institute; their jarring research found that the syringing of ears by-passes assumed blocks and removes part of the brain.
Explains so, so much LaLa
Power showering the ear, however, is recommended by Rentokil in Knobberville as it swooshes out the detritus by entering the left ear and jeeting out of the right ear (or vice versa) as there is nothing inbetween. Side effects are said to be over-flamed nostrils and an uncontrollable tick that manifests as shouting "BIG FAT BOO"
Don't even start about ears and cotton wool buds...
