Genuine question - what purpose do they play nowadays? Are they still a group or just one or two clinging on to their halcyon days?

Just seen a few posts on twitter from them that’s all and got me wondering.
 
Exactly as Highfield says. The majority of the TK's have moved on. It was always highly fluid with the numbers involved. Then once the Oytsons were gone, TK as a protest group was no more.

But on social media TK still has the widest reach.

On facebook BST has 4K followers, BSA has 1K, whilst TK has over 8K and MSG doesn't appear to be on there.

On X or Twitter or xyz, BST has 5K, BSA doesn't appear to be on there, MSG has 4.6K and TK has 8K.

So maybe just on that basis it's more of a news source, discussion type activity nowadays?

MSG actually have 2.5k Facebook followers but is invite only now
 
The
Knights did a hell of a lot of stuff that has had to be kept in house
or fuckpig would have sued individuals. They are still there on social media and if anything untoard happens they have the platform to call on thousands of fans to organise marches and protests. A daft post Phil and for some weird reason you constantly knock them and hope others back you up. Lots of stuff never made foggy’s book.
 
I'm certainly loud mouthed but far from an idiot. As people have rightly said our group promote the club when deemed necessary and when fans have queries or comments we put them to the right people. Blackpool FC recognise that our reach is more diverse than that of MSG and BST but that we work well with those groups when required.

Yes Phil makes some sense in that we don't have membership and BST do but we've never been about that. We guage opinion and do whatever we can to put forward fans point of view across a broader spectrum than others.

Historically we did what we needed to do and still hold knowledge and expertise that is still called upon by other clubs in their continuing battles with owners. I am very proud to have spent many years in TK and am grateful that we can continue to put the interests of fans above anything else.
 
What happened to that Mr Smith who had away with apple products, cash buckets and drone. Did the truth ever come out. Didnt read any of it in the how not to run a football club.

The police weirdly said he had taken everything but they couldn't prove he meant to take it. He was rightly airbrushed from history in the book. Numerous stories about what he's up to nowadays, don't know and don't care

I've just sent a copy of the book to a new mate I've recently made in a work environment. He's an Arsenal fan. Out of the blue yesterday while we were talking football he revealed that a few years ago he'd spent a whole flight sat next to Sammy Brownpants, who poured his heart out all the way to some exotic location. All on the club's ticket no doubt 🙄
