Tangerine TV packages

has anyone recieved any information about TV packages for the season, particularly other expats.

also a bit of a gripe, the new web site although much more aesthetically pleasing really is a terrible piece of web design, there is nothing intuitive about the navigation at all outside of the principal headings. i doont know whether anyone else has this, when you log in it doesnt acknowledge you as logged in and often when i have gone three or four pages into the site looking for something it wont return to the home page, i have to go back to the search engine to get back to the main page which also tends to log me out.

if the media people at the club or the SLO is reading this, the blackpool FC site is not coming up on search engines, im getting about two pages of other stuff about BFC from a wide variety of sources, historicl, betting, etc before i find the site - usually the shop site, its weird and a bit frustrating. probably just teething problems

I didn't receive anything by e-mail or any indication that a new site is now in operation and what my e-mail allows me to access. Rarely ever go on the official site but went to buy a ticket for Cardiff for my son and it was a minefield and none of my log ins which were saved on the old website (customer account details etc) seem to work - tried to re-register but says I'm already registered!! Think I'll stick to the old fashioned method of popping in to to the ticket office.

It's lovely to look at and the constituent parts are fine. It's getting from a to b that needs work.

I agree. As I recall I clicked on Tangerine TV, then had to click into my account at the top to find the available game, clicked on that to pay for it, then had to go back to the homepage to find a link to the match feed.

Bonkers. Took me ages clicking here, there and everywhere to eventually find it. Surely all of this just needs to be located in the TTV page?
