You'll have to get the club to sort it, they at least acknowledged some of the tech issues with a third party provider...
Why when creating a new single sign on, they couldn't have given the standard 'sign in with Google/Microsoft/etc' is beyond me. It's very easy to set up and would have taken a lot of the password pain away for a lot of people.There's a new signing in system; last season's credentials won't work anymore. Once you've created a new login everything should work smoothly, has for me at least. It's not just changing your password, it's creating new credentials:
