Tangerine tv technical advice

Hi,

When I use the service it will not recognise my details. I reset the password and it allows me to log on once. Next time it doe not recognise me again.? I am using Edge as a browser and site permission is enabled. Has anyone else had and managed to resolve this problem?

Try with Chrome as I have never had an issue.

I think this has been mentioned before but I can't remember the solution.
Make sure you are not mixing up your BFC login for tickets etc with TTV login which will probably be different.

i have exactly the same problem and I use Firefox browser. I feel it's a problem at TTV rather than which browser you use.

Rather than log straight onto TTV try going through your BFC account and login from there.

If all else fails I guess I can try to reset the password once the match build up has started and see if it will let me log on then. Not ideal, but having paid for the match yesterday it seems a lot of hard work. I managed to watch the Hull game, but never had any of these issues with i follow, or any other sites such as now tv.
