Am I being unfair to be critical of ttv ? I have had problems previously with multiple payments being taken for match passes and various problems with the actual coverage like wrong commentaries and picture freezing and sometimes no picture at all. Today I got nothing till the 30th minute and then it froze at 39 minutes. I had problems getting a match pass for today's game and when I emailed and asked for phone number to discuss they told me they don't have a telephone facility. Should we be demanding a better system/service or is it just me ?
